1. What products does HP Products manufacture?
   We are a distributor of numerous products, equipment and laundry/warewash systems.  We do not manufacture any items.  We have partnered with manufacturing companies, i.e., JohnsonDiversey, Spartan Chemical, 3M, Rubbermaid, Sunburst Chemicals, Ecolab/Airkem, U S Chemical, GOJO Industries, Kimberly-Clark, Georgia Pacific and Technical Concepts (to name a few).
   
2. Do you have a full-line catalog?  If so, can I access this information and place orders online?
   Yes.  We have a full-line catalog (hard copy) and we can also establish an account for you where you can view our products online and place your orders directly through our online ordering system.
   
3. Do you have other locations other than the one in Indianapolis?
   Yes. We have branch locations throughout the Midwest  --
   St. Louis, MO; Paducah, KY; Detroit, MI; Columbus, OH; Chicago, IL; and Cincinnati, OH.  Our corporate office is located in Indianapolis.
4. What is your product return policy?  If I ordered the wrong item or if I don’t like the product, can I return it?
   Yes.  We have a 100% money-back guarantee.  If you order the wrong item or don’t like the product, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for another item unless it is a special-order item or non-stock item.  Your system consultant has been carefully trained in the proper usage and dilution ratios.  We also have the manufacturers representatives available to assist in special instances.
5. Do you charge shipping & handling fees?  If so, can I come to your facilities and pick-up my order (without incurring any fees)?
   Yes.  At our Indianapolis office, we have a “Will Call” area that displays numerous products and equipment.  Our fully trained staff can assist you with the identification and selection of the best product for the job.  You can also “phone ahead” and your order will be ready when you arrive!
6. What are your hours of operation?
   All locations are open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
